2. veebruarist 2025 alustan eesti keele eelkooli tundidega 4+ lastele.

Tund kestab 40min ja eelduseks on, et laps on nõus tundi jääma ilma lapsevanemata.

Lapsed, kes varem mudilasringis käinud ja kes lähenevad 4. eluaastale võivad samuti ühineda kui lapsevanem arvab, et laps on valmis.

Eelkoolitundi viin läbi eelkooli õpiku ja töövihiku abiga. Iga laps saab endale töövihiku, mida koos tunnis täitma hakkame.

Tund sisaldab:

• eesti keele õppimist
• eesti keele tähestiku tundma õppimist
• tähtede ja numbrite kirjutamist ja hääldamist
• algteadmisi matemaatikast (loendamine, võrdlemine jne)
• õppimist läbi mängu ja muusikalise tegevuse

Eelduseks ei ole eesti keele rääkimine vaid pigem nii lapse kui ka lapsevanema tahe eesti keelt omandada, säilitada ja arendada.

Tunnid hakkavad toimuma kord kuus pühapäeva hommikuti, algusega 10.15, millele järgneb kl 11 tund koos väiksemate lastega, kus laulame, tantsime ja meisterdame.

Tundidest osavõtmine eeldab et oled Mudilasringi liige ja tasunud aastamaksu $50.

I’m pleased to let you know that from Sunday, 2 February I will be starting Estonian language classes for preschool children 4+ at Sydney Estonian house.

The lesson will run for 40 minutes and parents are not required in the classroom.

Children who have previously attended Mudilasring and who are approaching the age of 4 can also join if the parent thinks the child is ready and willing to participate without a parent presence.

Preschool lessons will be carried out with the help of an Estonian preschool textbook and a workbook. Each child gets a workbook, that we will fill in together in the class.

The lesson includes:

• learning the Estonian language
• getting to know the Estonian alphabet
• writing and pronouncing letters and numbers
• basic knowledge of mathematics (counting, comparing, etc.)
• Learning through play and musical activities

The child does not have to speak Estonian, but the will of both the child and the parent to learn, maintain, and develop the Estonian language is a must.

Lessons will run monthly on Sunday mornings starting at 10:15 am, followed by a lesson with younger kids at 11 am, where we sing, dance, and do crafts.

To participate in the preschool lessons, you have to be a member of a Mudilasring which costs $50 pp/annually and member in Sydney Eesti Selts.
