Estonian Song and Dance Festival head chef and Kirsikool’s
culinary fairy Margit teaches how to make some of the most
important dishes from Estonia’s heritage food treasure chest:
blood sausage, karask bread, and mulgipuder. For those with a
sweet tooth, we will also make some of Estonia’s beloved kohuke
treats.
